Atty. Yilmaz Menderes, graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1983, and after completes his military service as a Military Judge, which he started in Ankara in 1985. Then, he started his career with the law office that he established in Aydın Province Cine district. Atty. Yilmaz Menderes, who moved his office to the Efeler District of Aydın Province in 2011, provides active legal services in the field of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law to many corporate companies all over Turkey with the Enforcement Department which consist of experts in their fields. Atty. Yilmaz Menderes has also been the Chairman of Aydın Penal Institutions and Prisons Monitoring Board since 2016. In addition to its compehensive Enforcement Department, he continues to actively provide legal services to companies and persons in the fields of Criminal Law, Commercial Law and Execution and Bankruptcy Law with its team of lawyers who are experts in their fields.

Atty. Nese Menderes, after successfully graduating from Konya Selçuk University in 1989, he started his legal activities with the law office he established in Aydın Province. She has served as President of The Women and Child Rights Commission for many years, as a Member of Aydın Province Bar Association Board, as a Delegate of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, and as a Member of the Environment Commission of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. At the present time, she continues his legal practice actively in the fields of Health Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Family Law, Human Rights Law, Administrative Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, Rental Law and Execution and Bankruptcy Law with her expert team.

After graduating from Koç University Faculty of Law in 2017, registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, Atty. Necdet Kaan Menderes is also pursuing his master's degree in Private Law at Kadir Has University, Faculty of Law. Atty. Necdet Kaan Menderes, starting to work at Menderes Law Firm in İstanbul Office since 2020, is actively working as a lawyer in the fields of Commercial Law, Labor Law, Execution and Bankruptcy Law, Corporate Law and Personal Data Protection Law.
